Estas causas representan el 0,5% del total de causas iniciadas en el fuero criminal-correccional durante ese per\u00edodo. No se registra ning\u00fan imputado perteneciente a \u00f3rganos judiciales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A su vez, de esos 463 imputados, dos tercios estaban en libertad y un tercio detenido al momento del registro. La categor\u00eda \u201cIncompetencia\u201d incluye incompetencia territorial y por materia; y, seg\u00fan la fuente, no significa que haya finalizado la actuaci\u00f3n en todos los casos, ya que puede continuar en otro departamento judicial o en otro fuero judicial espec\u00edfico.<\/span><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep\" style=\"align-self: center;margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;margin-top:2%;margin-bottom:2%;width:100%;\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-9\" style=\"--awb-content-alignment:justify;\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El otro elemento de la deficiente investigaci\u00f3n de la violencia estatal es que muchos hechos ni siquiera llegan a ser investigados bajo el marco legal de la ley 14.687.
