Durante 2024 el Ministerio P\u00fablico Fiscal inici\u00f3 m\u00e1s de un mill\u00f3n de investigaciones penales (IPP) contra mayores de 18 a\u00f1os (1.082.502), lo que equivale a 2.966 investigaciones iniciadas por d\u00eda. Si se considera la poblaci\u00f3n adulta de la Provincia, surge una tasa de 8.268 investigaciones abiertas cada 100.000 personas, m\u00e1s de un tercio por presuntos delitos contra la propiedad. Esto equivale a 129 privaciones de libertad por d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de este n\u00famero total, interesa mirar el modo en que se producen. Esta cifra representa una tasa de 3.653 aprehensiones cada 100.000 habitantes, la m\u00e1s baja del per\u00edodo. Las causas abiertas entre 2018-2024 por violencia institucional, en el marco de la ley 14.687, representan el 0,4% del total de investigaciones iniciadas en la Provincia. Al desagregar esa cifra por departamento judicial, surge que el promedio general es representativo de los 20 departamentos.
