El 8 de mayo de 1987 personal de la polic\u00eda bonaerense asesin\u00f3 a los j\u00f3venes Agust\u00edn Olivera (26), Oscar Aredes (19), y Roberto Arga\u00f1araz (24), en la esquina de Guamin\u00ed y Figueredo de la localidad de Ingeniero Budge, en la que se encontraban tomando una cerveza. A partir de ese momento se desat\u00f3 una movilizaci\u00f3n de amigos y vecinos que acompa\u00f1aron a los familiares de las v\u00edctimas, quienes posteriormente impulsaron el camino para esclarecer los hechos. La masacre de Budge es conocida como el primer caso de \u201cgatillo f\u00e1cil\u201d.<\/p>\n

Para la Direcci\u00f3n de Inteligencia de la Polic\u00eda de la Provincia de Buenos Aires (DIPPBA) el caso no pas\u00f3 desapercibido. Como muestra est\u00e1n las m\u00e1s de mil fojas de la investigaci\u00f3n iniciada el d\u00eda siguiente de la masacre, que contienen informes de inteligencia, recortes de prensa, escritos de la causa, volantes y afiches de las invitaciones a las marchas que se realizaron para reclamar juicio y castigo a los culpables.<\/span><\/p>\n Estos legajos indican c\u00f3mo la DIPPBA puso especial atenci\u00f3n en perseguir a los familiares de las v\u00edctimas, acompa\u00f1adas por la Comisi\u00f3n de Amigos y Vecinos de la Masacre de Budge. Son innumerables los informes que dan cuenta de ello, detallando qui\u00e9nes asist\u00edan a cada marcha, los discursos que se daban, y hasta conversaciones que manten\u00edan algunos de los manifestantes mientras caminaban. Hab\u00eda un infiltrado para cada movilizaci\u00f3n, para cada asamblea o reuni\u00f3n en el barrio.<\/p>\n A su vez, la delegaci\u00f3n de inteligencia de Lan\u00fas inform\u00f3 a la central acerca del entorno de las v\u00edctimas, qui\u00e9nes eran, qu\u00e9 hac\u00edan, si contaban o no con antecedentes penales. La DIPPBA tom\u00f3 nota de las acciones de los abogados, elabor\u00f3 al mismo tiempo un detallado prontuario de cada uno, y de los avances en la causa una vez iniciado el juicio, con una sistem\u00e1tica cobertura de las audiencias.
