El programa realiza tareas de registro, intervenci\u00f3n y seguimiento de casos de violencia policial (hostigamiento, gatillo f\u00e1cil, torturas, detenciones arbitrarias o ilegales, regulaci\u00f3n policial de mercados ilegales, causas armadas o fraguadas, allanamientos irregulares o violentos y desalojos) en el territorio. Adem\u00e1s, se re\u00fane con referentes barriales, releva libros de comisar\u00edas, realiza presentaciones colectivas, participa en instancias de denuncia, capacitaci\u00f3n y difusi\u00f3n, entre otros.<\/p>\n

A la intervenci\u00f3n cotidiana ilegal, arbitraria y violenta por parte de la polic\u00eda se suma la ausencia de control judicial y de los organismos de protecci\u00f3n de la ni\u00f1ez.
