causa Malvinas sigue provocando en la sociedad argentina un fuerte sentimiento de justicia.<\/p>\n Desde la Comisi\u00f3n Provincial por la Memoria sostenemos que el recuerdo de la guerra debe situarse en el marco de las memorias de la dictadura y significarse como un acontecimiento que sigue expresando la violencia desatada por el gobierno de facto. Y en gran medida tambi\u00e9n de un relato de Naci\u00f3n que sirvi\u00f3 de justificaci\u00f3n del genocidio llevado adelante por la dictadura.<\/p>\n Pensar la guerra de Malvinas en el marco de la dictadura implica desarticular construcciones discursivas que eluden diferenciar a los protagonistas de la conflagraci\u00f3n. Los oficiales, que condujeron la guerra, disciplinaron a los soldados con la misma metodolog\u00eda del horror que aplicaron en los centros clandestinos de detenci\u00f3n durante la \u00faltima dictadura.<\/p>\n Desde el inicio de la causa en 2007, m\u00e1s de 180 ex combatientes declararon como v\u00edctimas y\/o testigos de las torturas en las islas. Hay 130 militares imputados; tres de ellos hab\u00edan sido procesados, otros 20 llamados a indagatoria.<\/p>\n La guerra, decidida por la \u00faltima dictadura c\u00edvico-militar, alej\u00f3 a nuestro pa\u00eds del reclamo hist\u00f3rico de soberan\u00eda por la v\u00eda del di\u00e1logo. El conflicto debe y puede resolverse fuera de toda opci\u00f3n b\u00e9lica, es decir, en el camino de la paz, entendi\u00e9ndola no s\u00f3lo como ausencia de violencia sino como fruto de la justicia. Es imperioso que Gran Breta\u00f1a respete las resoluciones de la ONU y que se abran las v\u00edas del di\u00e1logo como mecanismo de resoluci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n A 40 a\u00f1os de la guerra de Malvinas, reafirmando el reclamo de soberan\u00eda y los principios de memoria, verdad y justicia, la CPM present\u00f3 en su Museo de Arte y Memoria la muestra \u00abMalvinas.
