Historia del trabajo conjunto entre la Comisión por la Memoria y la Universidad de William & Mary

En el año 2007, la Comisión por la Memoria (CPM) y la Universidad de William and Mary (WM) pusieron en marcha una propuesta educativa en derechos humanos.

Desde entonces, cada semestre, estudiantes de WM viajan a la ciudad de La Plata y realizan diversas tareas académicas y culturales en el marco de este Programa diseñado y administrado por la CPM.

Durante estos años, más de 150 estudiantes hicieron su experiencia educativa, consolidando así un espacio de formación en derechos humanos.

A partir de esta experiencia compartida, en 2022 la CPM y WM lanzaron una nueva propuesta: un programa educativo intensivo de dos semanas durante el mes de enero.

History of the joint work between the Comisión por la Memoria and the William & Mary University

In 2007, the Comisión por la Memoria (CPM) and the William & Mary University (WM) launched an educational proposal on human rights.

Since then, every semester, WM students travel to the city of La Plata and carry out various academic and cultural tasks within the framework of this Program designed and administered by the CPM.

During these years, more than 150 students had their educational experience, thus consolidating a space for training in human rights.

Based on this shared experience, in 2022 the CPM and WM launched a new proposal: a two-week intensive educational program during the month of January.
